- Communications — messages you send us by email, form, WhatsApp, or phone
- Partner / chauffeur applications — licence details, vehicle information, experience, and supporting documents you upload
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited (see our Cookies Policy)

We use your personal data to:
- Provide booking and chauffeur transportation services
- Confirm bookings, send updates, and communicate about journeys

- Review chauffeur partner applications and onboarding documents

6. How long we keep data

Booking and transaction records are typically kept for up to 6 years. Application documents that are no longer needed for onboarding may be deleted sooner, unless we are required to retain them.
